We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.

4. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

4.1 Opt-In Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from TECH FZC, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from us. These messages may include service updates, alerts, promotional content, verification codes, and other business communications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from TECH FZC.

4.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your subscription or service interaction. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. We will notify you of expected frequency at the point of opt-in.

4.3 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. These charges are applied by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by TECH FZC. Please check with your carrier if you are unsure about applicable rates.

4.4 Opting Out

You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your removal from our list. No further messages will be sent unless you choose to opt in again.

4.6 Supported Carriers

SMS services are available across all major carriers. Carrier availability may vary by region. TECH FZC is not liable for delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by carrier networks.

4.7 Prohibited Use of SMS Services

You agree not to use our SMS services to:

Send spam, unsolicited, or harassing messages
Impersonate any person or entity
Transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
Interfere with or disrupt our messaging infrastructure

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or opting in
Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or services

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, software, and materials provided by TECH FZC are the exclusive property of TECH FZC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the UAE and internationally.

You may not:

7. Payment Terms

All fees are stated in the agreed currency at the time of contract or purchase
Payment is due as specified in your service agreement or invoice
Late payments may incur additional charges as stated in your agreement
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
TECH FZC reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TECH FZC shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Failures or delays in SMS delivery caused by third-party carriers
Any content transmitted through our messaging services by third parties

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to TECH FZC in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TECH FZC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your use of our services
Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any content you transmit through our services

12. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, tools, or websites. TECH FZC is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

14. Termination

TECH FZC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Extended period of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

16. Compliance with Laws

TECH FZC operates in compliance with applicable UAE laws and regulations, as well as international regulations where applicable, including:

UAE Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) guidelines
UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL)
TCPA (for US-bound SMS communications)
CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices
GDPR (for communications involving EU residents)

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements you have with TECH FZC, constitute the entire agreement between you and TECH FZC regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
